Collect and ship
Specimens are shipped overnight to the laboratory, or collected by Helix courier where local pickup is available.
Receipt and accession
Barcoded into our laboratory system and tracked. All specimens are cataloged and processed within one to two hours of arrival. Whether you use our client portal or EMR integration, visibility is guaranteed.
Screen and confirm
Enzyme immunoassay screening, then definitive LC-MS/MS confirmation, reviewed and certified by a licensed medical technologist.
Released to your chart
Results post directly into your EMR platform or the web portal. Critical values are reported to the medical team on shift by phone and email.
